Property Management SWFLHomesForLease offers leasing and management services. Our management services are only available for properties that are to be leased. After a tenant has moved in, we are available to them to handle any problems or maintenance concerns that arise. We prefer to be proactive in our management style and as a result all of our homes are inspected by a licensed contractor to foresee problems with Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing systems. Our approved vendor charges $320 for this service, and offers 10% off any parts or labor needed in the future. This fee includes a complete check up and service of the Air Conditioning system three times in the first year, and an annual inspection of the electrical and plumbing systems. The 5% management fee charged (if managed) at the termination of the lease includes the following services: - Collection and Disbursement of Rent
