Our pricing and services include: Tenant Placement Option ● Keller Williams Elite Realty gets Exclusive Right to Lease your property ● Keller Williams Elite Realty markets property to obtain quality tenant, using two local MLS services, Craigslist, Googlebase, Yahoo, Hotpads, and hundreds other popular websites ● Keller Williams Elite Realty screens tenant, fills in leases and addendums as allowed by law, and arranges for move in ● Owner takes on responsibilities of tenant relations including repairs, rent collection, and eviction ● Owner pays Keller Williams Elite Realty 10% of the gross lease upon receipt of first and last month’s rent and/or deposit i.e. $1000 per month rent for one year is $12,000 gross lease. 10%=$1200 Complete Management Option ● Keller Williams Elite Realty gets Exclusive Right to Lease ● Keller Williams Elite Realty markets property to obtain tenant ● Keller Williams Elite Realty checks on property periodically and recommends maintenance ● Keller Williams Elite Realty screens tenant, fills in leases as allowed by law, and arranges for move in ● Keller Williams Elite Realty handles tenant relations including repairs, rent collection, and eviction if necessary ● Owner pays Keller Williams Elite Realty 10% of the gross lease upon receipt of the first and last month’s rent and/or deposit and 5% of the gross lease at the termination of the lease for management services ● Keller Williams Elite Realty charges 15% of gross rent on short term rentals upon payment of rent
