History

Aaron Lynch and his wife Sarah purchased their first home in South Fort Myers in 2001.  It was completely uninhabitable, and after gutting and remodeling the home, the Lynch's moved in and started their family.  Within 6 months the appraised value of the home was significantly higher than when purchased, so they refinanced and purchased an investment property in Southwest Florida.  They leased the property, and bought another and so on.  This was the beginning of Aaron's experience with handling rentals and investment property.  Eight years and many homes later, Aaron and his team joined Keller Williams Elite Realty in Bonita Springs to develop and form a rental division.  This division exists to meet the demands of the clients of the hundreds of agents that call the Bonita Springs market center their home.
